Shipping & Rates
Because we ship worldwide, we have three different categories for our shipping rates: Domestic, European and All Other Countries. We ship from our home base here in Luzern, Switzerland. All orders shipped to a Switzerland address are considered domestic.
Please note that some countries may charge additional customs fees. These costs must be paid by the buyer.
The pricing for each category is as follows.
Domestic Shipping (2-5 Days of Expected Shipping):
Small Letter - CHF 3.50
Small Package - CHF 7.00
Large Package - CHF 9.00
European Shipping (Up to 1 Week of Expected Shipping):
Small Package - CHF 20.00
Large Package - CHF 25.00
All Other Countries (1-2 Weeks of Expected Shipping):
Small Package - CHF 25.00
Large Package - CHF 30.00
Please check your order immediately after receipt for completeness, accuracy and also check if the quality meets your expectation.

Return Policy
Purchases can be returned within 7 calendar days after receiving your items (date of postal stamp).
If you would like to return an item, it must be in its original state: unused, unwashed, unworn and with its original labels and packaging.
The following items are non-refundable:
Pajamas, Socks + Underwear
Sale Items
Food Items
Beauty products (perfumes, lotions, soaps, etc)
Before you return your item by shipping, please email us beforehand with your name and order number. After receiving and inspecting your item we’ll respond to your email to let you know we have received the return and update you on processing your refund.

Refund Policy
Items can be refunded within 10 days of shipment.
Shipping costs are not included in your refund. You will be responsible for the shipping the item/items back to us and the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. We do not return cash or card payments.
Items lost during a return shipment cannot be refunded. Please use a tracking number when returning items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
